LIFELINE SYSTEMS

Uninterrupted Connection, Continuous Safety.

We provide maximum protection with horizontal, vertical, mobile, and rail lifelines and anchor points, without restricting your employees’ freedom of movement. Each of our systems is designed with engineering calculations according to your structure’s static capacity and complies with TS EN standards.

Horizontal Lifeline

These systems are used in horizontal work areas such as roofs, crane ways, or hangars, where personnel are connected with a safety harness and can move along the line without obstruction. We offer stainless steel cable solutions compliant with TS EN 795:2012 Type C standards. We analyze the static load-bearing capacity of the structure where the line will be installed and minimize the load on the structure with energy-absorbing systems.

Vertical Lifeline

These systems are used in areas requiring vertical climbing, such as wind turbines, towers, high ladders, and silos. These lines, compliant with TS EN 353-1+A1 standards and installed on steel cables or rail systems, instantly lock personnel in place in the event of a fall. With our selection of corrosion-resistant materials and periodic inspection support, we maintain system performance even in the most challenging outdoor conditions.

Mobile Horizontal Lifeline

These are portable systems designed for sites where a permanent line cannot be installed or for short-term maintenance and repair work. They quickly tension between two suitable anchor points to create a safe working corridor. With easily transportable and internationally compliant equipment selection, we provide professional safety even for your temporary tasks.

Mobile Vertical Lifeline

These systems consist of a rope grab and a high-strength rope combination, used for climbing temporary scaffolding or where there is no fixed ladder. We determine the most suitable rope length and connection apparatus based on the variability of the work area, ensuring personnel remain safe at all levels.

Rail Lifeline

These systems operate on rigid aluminum or steel rails, with significantly less elasticity compared to rope systems. They are particularly preferred for overhead applications and in confined spaces where the risk of personnel being suspended is high. We build the highest safety layer with minimal intervention to the architectural structure.

Anchorage Points

These are critical connection elements directly fixed to the structure, to which lifelines or individual fall arresters are attached. We offer anchor solutions compliant with TS EN 795 Type A standards, suitable for all types of surfaces including concrete, steel, or wood. After installation, we apply tensile tests to each anchor point with our special testing devices, documenting that the system will function under load.
