Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by SAVAWORKS (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") as the data controller, within the scope described below.

- To provide you with our work at height training, rope access, and engineering services,
- To conduct training and certification processes in accordance with legal regulations,
- To respond to requests received via contact forms and to ensure customer relationship management,
- For the purposes of improving the quality of the services offered by our Company, will be processed within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Your collected personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations (e.g., certification approval authorities) within the scope of legal obligations, and to our business partners and suppliers for the performance of our services, within the framework specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
